Medspa/Spa Treatments

Botox®

Botox® Cosmetic is a purified protein that works by blocking nerve impulses, which reduces the movement of those muscles responsible for dynamic wrinkles. This makes Botox® Cosmetic great for treating frown lines, forehead wrinkles and crows feet.

Juvéderm™

Juvéderm™ is safe and natural cosmetic dermal fillers that restore volume and fullness to the skin to correct moderate to severe wrinkles and folds. Made of hyaluronic acid, a natural component of collagen, Juvederm™ is ideal for treating nasolabial folds (the areas between the nose and the corners of the mouth) and marionette lines (the areas below the corners of the mouth).

Microdermabrasion (Skin Resurfacing)

This is a professional exfoliating process that utilizes state-of-the-art medical grade equipment to polish the skin’s surface. Microdermabrasion leaves the skin feeling silky and new. Long-lasting results are obtained with microdermabrasion after 5 – 10 treatments over 8-10 months. Multiple treatments will stimulate the production of collagen reducing the appearance of fine lines and acne scars.  These treatments minimize large pores, even skin tone, and clears the complexion.

Fractional Non-Ablative Skin Resurfacing

Our fractional non-ablative skin resurfacing uses an array of up to 470 high-precision microbeams to create narrow, deep columns (over 1mm deep) of tissue coagulation in the epidermis and dermis, while leaving the stratum corneum in place and tissue surrounding the coagulated columns unaffected.

These columns of coagulation stimulate the body’s natural healing response, and cause new, healthy tissue to form in the epidermis and dermis. There is minimal redness and discomfort, allowing the patient to return to their daily activities immediately.

Advantages:

  • Our Fractional Non-Ablative Skin Resurfacing delivers penetrating uniform microbeams in a simple treatment approach, without the
need for time-consuming and costly preparation and clean-up.
  • Fractional Non-Ablative Skin Resurfacing requires little to no downtime, providing efficacious results for hard-working, “on the go” patients.

Photofacials and Photorejuvenation for Pigmented and Vascular Lesions

Our photorejuvenation process uses the optimal wavelength of light to clear vascular and pigmented lesions by targeting hemoglobin (for vascular lesions) and melanin (for pigmented lesions). Once the light is absorbed as heat by the lesion, the lesion disappears.

Advantages:

  • Photorejuvenation is effective on the face, arms, chest, and other large body areas, with no patient downtime.
  • Our process can remove damage caused by years of sun exposure and minimize the effects of aging.

Permanent Hair Reduction

Permanent hair removal is achieved when the cells responsible for growing new hair are disabled. Pulses of light at specific wavelengths can target the pigment in hair follicles, which absorb the light energy as heat.

Advantages:

  • Specific wavelengths of light can target both finer and coarser hair as well as lighter hair, on all skin types.
  • Different spot sizes and concentrations of power can treat large areas of hair as well as smaller areas, such as underarms and bikini lines.

Chemical Peels

We perform mild and medium treatments.  A mild peel is generally suitable for most clients. Mild and medium peels normally require repeated treatments – as often as every six weeks (for light peels) and two to three months (for medium peels).   Alternatively, a peel and facial regime may be established that is suitable for your skin type and cosmetic objectives.

TCA Peel with retinol

Trichloroacetic acid (TCA) peels are often thought of as very aggressive and producing substantial discomfort. Professional TCA peels are very different from the standard. Our TCA solutions are blends formulated with many ingredients including lactic acid, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), Plumping phytohormones and kojic and azelaic acids to produce dramatic results without the discomfort and downtime associated with traditional TCA peels. Those who have more dramatic wrinkling, sun damage and acne scarring are the most suitable candidates for this deeper and more active treatment. TCA peel will effectively treat aging skin, acne, pigment disorders, smoker’s skin and photodamaged skin. This treatment is ideal for dehydrated and aging skin in need of rejuvenation.

Glycolic acid peel

Glycolic acid is used to loosen the natural oils and dirt that build up in the pores allowing the old dead skin cells to exfoliate. This revitalizes the skin and stimulates circulation to the skin. By doing this the body’s production of elastin and collagen is increased so the skin is more supple, the new living cells retain moisture better which reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. At the same time this deep cleansing action minimizes the appearance of pores and reduces blackheads and pimples.

Pumpkin Peel Treatment

Professional Pumpkin Peel Treatment is a powerful antioxidant treatment that brightens and rejuvenates the skin. Pumpkin contains the highest concentration of salicylic acid of any plant, which provides the Pumpkin Peel Treatment with potent skin smoothing and pore clearing action. The treatment has simultaneous actions; it exfoliates and draws impurities out of the skin  while introducing vitamins, enzymes and nutrition. This treatment is also great for smoothing the skin, as the naturally occurring salicylic acid in pumpkin removes the dead surface cells that cause rough texture.

Pumpkin Enzyme Mask

The phyto pumpkin peel is a fruit acid enzyme, an exfoliation accelerator, a powerful antioxidant, and a mild retinoic acid  substitute. As a natural repair therapy it has beta carotene and ascorbic acid as topicals to combat oxidative, free-radical damage. An excellent treatment for, normal to dry, dehydrated and acne skin types.
